The last reviewer certainly must've gotten a dried out product.
I absolutely love this highlighter. I bought mine from Office depot originally. I used these alot in Nursing school and have been through quite a few brands and Ticonderonga is the best thus far.... Hands down! It doesn't bleed through the page. Hello! No more wondering if u highlighted the front or the back of a particular page or section.
It definitely stands out (exactly what u wanted to highlight)...uh yeah that's the point.
And even months later it doesn't look faded.

Just don't fall too deep in love... You may be upset to know who doesn't carry this product in stores.
That may be a problem, ordering from someone online who maybe trying to get rid of them.... Any product for that matter.... You may end up with 1 out of the 2 working due to how long they have just been sitting... I would guess.
